You have 7 working days from the day after you have received delivery of the goods in which to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. Please note that there is a restocking fee (20% of the returned goods value) on returned items (unless they are being returned as defective) so please be sure that you are ordering the correct size/finish before placing your order. The order confirmation includes cancellation instructions but you can email sales@csfkaccessoryshop.co.uk or by phone at 01559 363933.

On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrectly supplied goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation of the goods.

If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

Important - Any goods which have been specially made to measure or adapted to any new specifications can not be returned unless they are found to be defective. Any goods which are returned for reasons other than this will be subject to a restocking fee (20% of the returned goods value)

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery, therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery i.e. courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
