We can supply a wide selection of solid timber kitchen worktops to match personal tastes and aesthetic requirements. These include maple, oak, cherry, prime steamed beech, rustic steamed beech, rubberwood, ash, birch, iroko, wenge, walnut and bamboo.

All timber worktops shown are natural, quality products made to the highest standard from environmentally sound and renewable sources. They are precisely assembled, constructed from 40mm solid timber staves and carefully crafted to ensure maximum strength throughout years of constant use, with only simple maintenance required. The staves are cut, selected, graded and kiln dried to have a moisture level suitable for domestic interior use, before they are glued up into one homogenous panel. The process, known as lamination, gives a stable, durable construction. It reduces the natural defects of the wood and ensures a more consistent colour and grain pattern. There will be some colour and grain differences over the timber surfaces but this is a normal and valued characteristic of the appearance of wooden products. The option of full length stave worktops is possible in a selection of species.

Various worktop lengths and widths are supplied in 27 & 40mm thickness. Worktops can be supplied as blanks 'off the shelf' or via our bespoke service where numerous features can be incorporated including cut outs, shaping, profiled edges, breakfronts. Bespoke worksurfaces are also pre-oiled and supplied with an after care kit.
